About Tina

Growing up, Tina’s family moved often and to diverse places including New York, Los Angeles, London and Greenwich Ct.  Along the way she developed a passion for both design and architecture.  Tina’s career initially focused on fashion design in New York City where she advanced through merchandising and buyer positions at Bloomingdales, Ann Taylor and Gap.  Not only did Tina need to stay current on trends, she also needed to negotiate large contracts with New York, California and Asian suppliers which formed the basis of her current skills.  

After leaving retail, and while raising four children Tina designed and built several homes which began her entry into the real estate industry.  She and her husband moved with their family to Boulder in 1999 where she has been serving her clients as a Realtor since.  Relying on her sharp eye for design and diligent research into neighborhoods, market comparables and keen understanding of contracts Tina serves her clients with the highest level of competence and integrity.
