Known as the Gateway to Boulder Valley, Superior is centrally located near major employment centers along U.S. Highway 36, bookended by Boulder 10 minutes to the Northwest and Denver 20 minutes Southeast. As new homes were built, and Superior Marketplace shopping center sprouted in this picturesque area, families and young professionals flocked to the town. Superior features a variety of housing styles which offers attractive options including apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes in new and established neighborhoods. Prices range from $350,000 to $1 million plus. Current median home price is just under $600,000.
New home buyers continue to be drawn to the new Rock Creek Ranch development.
BizWest reports that downtown growth is slated to continue with a series of downtown parcels purchased by an affiliate of Arvada-based residential builder Remington Homes.
