Known as the Gateway to Boulder Valley, Superior is centrally located near major employment centers along U.S. Highway 36, bookended by Boulder 10 minutes to the Northwest and Denver 20 minutes Southeast. As new homes were built, and Superior Marketplace shopping center sprouted in this picturesque area, families and young professionals flocked to the town. Today, the four square miles are home to 13,000 residents drawn to its suburban feel, excellent location, and truly unique small-town atmosphere.

Superior has experienced rapid growth over the last few decades with the growth of residential and commercial real estate opportunities.
Residents enjoy nearly 27 miles of trails and undeveloped land as well as 590-plus acres of parks and open green space. With the addition of the Superior Marketplace shopping center with Whole Foods, Costco, Super Target, and other major stores, residents have the benefit of a full shopping experience. New homes are scattered across the landscape making Superior a truly pristine place to live.
Dubbed one of the “Best Places to Be a Kid” by Money Magazine, Superior schools are some of the best in the state. Superior Elementary School earned a perfect rating on GreatSchools.org.

Located next to the Sport Stable, newly developed 157-acre Downtown Superior is the commercial and residential center in town. When fully built, the area will include 1,400 homes and 800,000 square feet of commercial space. With abundant access to open space, the walkable area offers everything you could want: a blend of residential home styles, flexible work spaces, lodging, and retail and dining.
Superior also is growing due to major commercial additions, including: 

• Tesla showroom in downtown Superior in a 22,000 square foot space
• Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. relocated its design center to a new 12,000-square-foot location at Superior Marketplace.

Superior features a variety of housing styles which offers attractive options including apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes in new and established neighborhoods. Prices range from $350,000 to $1 million plus. Current median home price is just under $600,000. 
New home buyers continue to be drawn to the new Rock Creek Ranch development.
BizWest reports that downtown growth is slated to continue with a series of downtown parcels purchased by an affiliate of Arvada-based residential builder Remington Homes.
